Elaine Boder is a French UAP researcher who, around the time of her involvement in events described in this entry, served as president of the UAP division of the French national aeronautical and astronautical Association, known as the 3af-p. She appears in Steven Greer's Disclosure Project archives as an anonymous witness, and was identified by UAP Gerb through contextual analysis of Greer's emails as the source designated "AB" and subsequently "Source One."

Role in the Greer Network
In Greer's Disclosure Project witness list, a redacted entry numbered 101179 describes an individual who claimed to have seen an uncut NASA film depicting six UFOs descending onto the lunar surface, allegedly filmed by astronaut Frank Borman during the Apollo 8 mission in 1968. Greer's handwritten notes from early 2009 identify this witness as "AB," described as traveling from France and planning to be accompanied by a high-profile French astronaut for a meeting scheduled for April 2009.
A February 24, 2009 note from Greer records early communications with "AB," including discussion of hoaxes, truth, and the trustworthiness of various named individuals (partially redacted). On February 28, 2009, the source forwarded Greer a French press article discussing candidates for the next NASA administrator, pointing to a section about Charles Bolden. By early March 2009, Greer's emails reference Boder — now identified as "Source One" — as the courier bringing UAP briefing documents to French President Nicholas Sarkozy.
UAP Gerb identified the anonymous "AB" as Elaine Boder by cross-referencing the contextual details in Greer's emails (French nationality, position in a French aviation UAP organization, the timing of her appointment as president of the 3af-p) with publicly available records. As of the time of the video's production, UAP Gerb reached out to Boder to learn more about the alleged Apollo 8 film but had not received a response.
