3af P (French National Aeronautical And Astronautical Association UAP Division)
The 3af-p (Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena division of the Association Aéronautique et Astronautique de France) is the UAP research division of the French national aeronautical and astronautical association. In the context of UAP research, the 3af-p gained attention through its president Elaine Boder, who was identified by UAP Gerb as the anonymous "Source One" in Steven Greer's 2009 email communications. Boder reportedly brought UAP briefing documents coordinated by Greer to French President Nicholas Sarkozy in early March 2009. Boder also appears in Greer's Disclosure Project archives as witness number 101179, claiming to have viewed an uncut NASA film depicting six UFOs descending onto the lunar surface during the Apollo 8 mission.
