Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC)
Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) is a Major Command (MAJCOM) of the United States Air Force headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. It is responsible for research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, logistics, and sustainment of Air Force weapons systems and equipment. AFMC commands a budget portfolio of approximately $82.9 billion in FY2025, making it the largest single Air Force command by budget. It encompasses the Air Force Research Laboratory, the Air Force Test Center (which includes the Edwards 412th Test Wing), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Force Sustainment Center, and Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, among other organizations. AFMC also oversees the network of Major Range and Test Facility Bases (MRTFBs).

Alleged UAP Involvement
The presenter of "The Hidden Wing" identifies AFMC as the single most critical target of investigation within the Air Force for alleged UAP legacy program activity. The Edwards 412th Test Wing under AFMC is alleged to house derivative technology and alien reproduction vehicle test and evaluation programs. The Office of the Director of Test and Evaluation (AFTTE) within AFMC's purview is argued to oversee reverse engineering of nonhuman technologies. The organizational lineage is traced through the Air Force Special Weapons Center (AFSWC), dissolved in 1976 with its Office of Primary Responsibility transferred to what became the Air Force Research Laboratory — a chain the presenter argues represents continuous institutional management of non-human technology exploitation programs.
