System High

System High Corporation is a private security and counterintelligence services firm founded in 2005 and headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia. Since 2012, the company has held a multi-year security-services contract with DARPA's Security and Intelligence Directorate (SID), renewed in subsequent award cycles including a five-year renewal in January 2022 — its third consecutive SID award — and a further contract modification in 2025 bringing the relationship's cumulative value to roughly $124 million. Beyond DARPA, System High holds additional Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles with the U.S. Navy and the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The company describes its mission as delivering "the most advanced protection and security solutions to secure and strengthen critical missions, programs, operations, and intelligence activities."

Typedefense contractor / security services

Rob Howe, a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran and former security chief for the F-35 program office, joined System High in 2013 and served as the company's President from approximately 2018 until stepping down from that role in January 2025.

Alleged UAP Involvement

UAP Gerb's Special Access Required Vol.2 cites System High's long-running SID contract as evidence connecting the firm to the "program protection" apparatus the presenter alleges shields legacy UFO activity from disclosure, characterizing the company's DARPA relationship as illustrative of how private security contractors are woven into the day-to-day operation of the SAP protection ecosystem.
