E Systems

E-Systems, Inc. was a major U.S. defense-electronics contractor that originated as LTV Electrosystems, a division spun off from the Ling-Temco-Vought (LTV) conglomerate in December 1964; LTV Electrosystems became fully independent and was renamed E-Systems in 1972. The company specialized in signals intelligence, reconnaissance, and command-and-control electronics work for U.S. intelligence and defense agencies, and developed a public reputation — including in a 1994 Washington Post feature — for extreme operational secrecy. Its leadership included former NSA Director Admiral Bobby Ray Inman and former CIA Director Admiral William F. Raborn, and the company acquired Air Asia, a known CIA proprietary airline, in 1975. E-Systems was acquired by Raytheon in 1995 and later became part of L-3 Communications.

Alleged UAP Involvement

UAP Gerb's Special Access Required Vol.2 cites E-Systems (via its LTV Aerospace lineage) as an example of a "self-fund cutout" company — a private entity the video alleges legacy UFO programs have historically used to route funding and personnel outside standard government budgetary and oversight channels, drawing a structural parallel to Lieutenant Colonel Duncan's use of the private consulting firm BSI to provide cover for the Yellow Fruit program discussed in Part One of the series.
