Nicholas Sarkozy

Nicolas Sarkozy served as President of France from 2007 to 2012. He appears in UAP research as the intended recipient of UAP briefing documents coordinated by Steven Greer and delivered around early March 2009 by Elaine Boder — designated "Source One" in Greer's email communications. Boder, at that time president of the French national aeronautical and astronautical Association UAP division (3af-p), reportedly brought the briefing documents to Sarkozy as part of Greer's effort to inform allied heads of government about UAP-related matters. There is no public record of Sarkozy's response to or acknowledgment of these materials.
