David Hilton
David Hilton is a YouTuber who posted a video in 2013 titled "Edgar Fouche Fake Documents," alleging that Edgar Fouché fabricated military documents supporting his TR-3B claims. Hilton stated that after knowing Fouché personally since February 2012, it was his opinion that Fouché "made up/lied about everything." The video was subsequently removed or unlisted from YouTube, along with related videos by Jeremy Rys.

In a June 2012 Skype conversation with UFO researcher Dan Benkert, Hilton made startling remarks claiming "I work for an agency that monitors things you shouldn't do" and "I now control Ed, not you — funny how things work out, isn't it? The exposer becomes a tool of control." Hilton also obtained Fouché's military service documents through FOIA requests, which paradoxically corroborated key elements of Fouché's service history.
