UAP Reporting
Coulthart has conducted numerous interviews with military and intelligence personnel regarding UAP encounters and legacy programs. He has reported claims that the "Tic Tac" UAP observed during the 2004 Nimitz encounter by David Fravor may have originated from Lockheed Martin Skunk Works — a claim that, if true, would place the Tic Tac in the category of alien reproduction vehicles rather than non-human-origin craft.
Coulthart has also reported on the broader infrastructure of UAP secrecy, including the roles of defense contractors and intelligence agencies in maintaining classification of recovered materials and reverse-engineering programs.
Vetting of Bob Fish
Coulthart has confirmed that he vetted Bob Fish, the former USG contractor who disclosed information about Defense Support Program (DSP) satellites tracking Fast Walkers. This vetting lends credibility to Fish's claims about DSP satellites collecting data on objects entering and leaving Earth's atmosphere from deep space.
