The Immaculate Constellation Article (October 2024)

Shellenberger's October 2024 article was described by UAP Gerb as "groundbreaking" for a single sentence it contained: the report's conclusion that "the existence of Immaculate Constellation demonstrates the extent and capability to detect, quarantine, and transfer UAP and ARV — Alien Reproduction Vehicle — collection incidents before they are observed and circulated within the military intelligence enterprise." The explicit use of the term "ARV (Alien Reproduction Vehicle)" in a published whistleblower report constituted the first known instance of that specific technical designation appearing in a formalized disclosure context, corroborating Mark McCandlish's decades-long use of the same terminology.

The Immaculate Constellation (IMCON) article describes the program as an unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) designed to consolidate UAP observations from both tasked and untasked collection platforms, and to quarantine and manage ARV-related collection incidents before they propagate through the broader military intelligence enterprise.
