Donald Ware

Donald Ware is a retired United States Air Force Colonel who allegedly disclosed that the Northrop Grumman B-2 stealth bomber carries onboard electrogravitic systems for internal mass reduction. Along with claims reported by Richard Boylan from three-star generals, Ware's testimony contributed to the thesis that electrogravitic propulsion technology — tracing back to T. Townsend Brown's 1930s research — has been secretly incorporated into operational military aircraft.
