Role in UAP Programs

In an interview clip played in UAP Gerb's Special Access Required Vol.2, Brown describes an unnamed individual — shown only as a redacted photograph and identified solely by the title "deputy SAPCO for DARPA" at Northrop Grumman — as "a nexus point for legacy security" and part of what Brown calls "the dirty tricks department," alleging this figure matches the names of prospective whistleblowers to personnel capable of carrying out reprisal campaigns, resulting in "an ecosystem flooded with disinformation and psychological operations and targeted attacks against whistleblowers and their allies." Brown states he cannot reveal the identity because he is relaying the information on behalf of others. UAP Gerb cites Brown's account, alongside statements from David Grusch, as an example of the "administrative terrorism" the video alleges legacy program protection agencies use against whistleblowers.
