Dylan Borland
Dylan Borland is a U.S. Air Force veteran and military whistleblower who publicly testified to witnessing an anomalous triangular craft while stationed at Langley Air Force Base around 2012. His account is among the more detailed first-person military witness testimonies in the UAP disclosure landscape, notable for its specificity regarding the craft's physical appearance, flight characteristics, and apparent technological features. Borland has also expressed the view that AARO would have answers regarding the origin and nature of the craft he observed.

Role in UAP Programs
Borland testified to observing a large, equilateral triangular craft with black metallic flake paint and a gold, lava-like plasma fluid flowing over its surface while on duty at Langley AFB. The craft exhibited silent flight, hovered over a NASA hangar on the base, and appeared to employ an electro-optic cloaking system. Upon the craft's departure, Borland reported experiencing static electricity and a strong thunderstorm-like odor. The presenter of "The Hidden Wing" cites Borland's account as consistent with alleged test and evaluation of derivative or reverse-engineered non-human airframes conducted under the Hidden Wing program portfolio, potentially by assets operating out of the Edwards 412th Test Wing.
