Arnold House

Arnold House is a pseudonym (identified in Steven Greer's 2001 Disclosure Project briefing document as "AH," and believed by UAP Gerb to correspond to the real individual "Arnold House") for a Boeing Aerospace surface technician who became a conduit for UAP program disclosures received through a network of contacts including NSA, CIA, NASA, JPL, Office of Naval Intelligence, Area 51, USAF, Northrop Grumman, and Boeing personnel, as well as multiple generals. House's testimony is explicitly secondhand — he never directly participated in UAP program operations.

RoleBoeing aerospace surface technician and secondhand UAP disclosure source

House allegedly briefed President Clinton in 1990, though the only corroborating documentation is a July 2000 letter from Greer to Clinton requesting disclosure of UFO-related USAPs through their "mutual friend." Correspondences between House and Greer span from December 2000 to as recently as 2018, suggesting House served as one of Greer's primary long-term research sources.

The Northrop Connection

A friend of House's in the Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID), a veteran of UFO crash recoveries since 1947, handpicked one of House's Boeing colleagues to join a crash recovery team in Northern New Mexico starting in 1980. This Boeing source spent 17 years (1980–1997) in UAP legacy program operations at Area 51. During this period, his paychecks came directly from Northrop Grumman, indicating direct corporate payroll involvement rather than government employment. The source told House that Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing all engaged in UFO reverse engineering efforts at Area 51, with the facility containing extensive extraterrestrial debris in a containment area.

Project Red Light

House's source identified the Area 51 program testing non-human vehicles and exploiting recovered materials as Project Red Light. The source noted "a base near Lancaster in Palmdale area" with an underground area near Northrop — consistent with independent descriptions of the Tejon Ranch facility — as well as underground research at Anza, California and March Air Force Base. The source also stated that 35–40% of Area 51's UAP operations were relocated to Utah (identified as Dugway Proving Ground) in the early 1990s, corroborating the identical claim made independently by Edgar Fuché.

Additional Disclosures

House stated he learned from his contacts:

  • General Curtis LeMay personally confirmed the 1947 Roswell Crash at a private meeting around 1987
  • Henry Kissinger, George H.W. Bush, Ronald Reagan, and Mikhail Gorbachev were all aware of the UAP subject
  • CIA and USAF had downed non-human craft
  • FBI radar testing had caused interference with some craft, resulting in crashes — an account echoing Lieutenant Colonel Philip J. Corso's Roswell analysis
  • Underground bases testing and maintaining TUOs existed at Dugway Proving Ground, Palmdale, Edwards Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and others
