Jim Cook

Jim Cook is a biomedical engineer who on October 28, 1993, encountered a triangular UAP near the Croton Falls Reservoir in New York during the Hudson Valley UFO Flap. While driving to his Hudson River Valley home, Cook spotted aircraft lights approaching the water level and dropping fast. The lights appeared to hover before blinking out. Walking to the shoreline, Cook observed a triangular object hovering roughly 200 feet away and 15 feet above the water. Nine red lights appeared on the triangle's side, and a red beam of light from the underside began to probe the water surface.
