Hudson Valley UFO Flap
The Hudson Valley UFO Flap refers to a concentrated series of UFO sightings reported across the Hudson Valley region of New York during the mid-1980s and early 1990s. Witnesses described large, silent, triangular or boomerang-shaped craft with distinctive light arrays moving slowly over populated areas. The flap is notable in the context of the TR-3B investigation because its timing coincides with the alleged prototype testing period described by Edgar Fouché, who claimed early anti-gravity warping craft were flying as early as the 1970s with the first operational TR-3B models achieved by the early 1990s. The concentration of sightings over populated areas and military facilities is a pattern common to other triangular craft flaps, including the Belgian UFO Wave of 1989–1990.
