Psionic Abilities (P3)

P3 (phonetically "P-three") is the alleged designation for individuals recruited by the Black Group who possess psionic or psychic abilities. According to disclosures made by an anonymous insider to whistleblower Michael Herrera, these individuals are needed to interface with and control non-human intelligence technology that cannot be operated through conventional mechanical means.

Recruitment Protocol

Source Populations

The P3 recruitment program allegedly targets individuals from third-world nations and disaster zones. According to the insider's account, the Indonesia operation Herrera witnessed in 2009 — where armed operators loaded shipping containers onto an octagonal craft — was a P3 recruitment and transport mission conducted in the aftermath of the Sumatra earthquake and tsunami.

Recruitment Method

  • False Pretenses: Individuals are recruited under misleading circumstances, often during humanitarian crises
  • Family Bargaining: Recruits are offered security and safety for their families in exchange for participation
  • Permanent Isolation: The family security arrangement suggests permanent or semi-permanent separation, with recruits unlikely to return to their former lives
  • Container Transport: Herrera observed shipping containers with large black cylinders (initially hypothesized as humidity control or oxygen supply) used to transport recruits

Operational Security

Michael Herrera initially believed the containers held narcotics due to the oxygen/humidity control systems. The insider later revealed the cylinders were indeed oxygen supply equipment, but for maintaining human beings — the P3 recruits — during transport to classified facilities.

Interface Function

The recruits are specifically valued for their ability to:

  • Interface with NHI craft: Operate or control reverse-engineered vehicles that require consciousness-based interaction
  • Control advanced technology: Interact with recovered non-human intelligence systems that conventional pilots or operators cannot use
  • Serve as "biological equipment": Function as what insiders allegedly term "pink assets" — human subjects whose abilities make them equipment rather than personnel

Ethical Implications

If the P3 program exists as described, it would constitute:

  • International kidnapping: Abduction of foreign nationals from disaster zones
  • Human trafficking: Transport and exploitation of individuals under false pretenses
  • Crimes against humanity: Permanent separation from families, drugging, and use as biological subjects
  • Violation of sovereignty: Covert operations in foreign nations without government knowledge

Connection to Herrera's 2009 Encounter

The insider explicitly stated that the Indonesia operation Herrera stumbled upon was a P3 recruitment and transport mission. This context transforms Herrera's encounter from merely witnessing a craft to discovering an active human trafficking operation for psychic asset procurement.

Credibility Assessment

The P3 program disclosure comes solely from the anonymous insider's claims to Michael Herrera. While investigator Joey Is Not My Name verified Herrera met with someone at a secure facility, the insider's specific claims about P3 recruitment remain unverified. The account shares disturbing parallels with historical allegations of government human experimentation programs, though no documentary evidence has emerged to substantiate the P3 program's existence.
