Immaculate Constellation and ARV Terminology

UAP Gerb states that Burlison confirmed to the channel he had previously heard the term "ARV" (alien reproduction vehicle) used within the UFO research community, in the context of discussing the Immaculate Constellation (IMCON) report's alleged designation of certain triangular UAP as ARVs.
