Robert Scandrett

Robert Scandrett was an engineer who worked for Rockwell International's Strategic Systems Division. He is significant in the XF-131 Super Sentinel investigation as the mentor of one of Bill McDonald's four engineers — specifically, the father of the engineer who testified about the triangular craft's design at the Denny's meeting. McDonald was able to confirm the testimony of two of the four engineers (those who claimed to be Northrop Grumman employees from the Tehachapi facility) through friends of this engineer's father and through Scandrett's known connections at Rockwell International.
