Specifically, Boylan reported that three-star generals disclosed the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit stealth bomber carries onboard electrogravitic systems that achieve internal mass reduction on the wings and fuselage — a capability allegedly contributing to the aircraft's over $1 billion per-unit cost.
