Philip Mantle
Philip Mantle is a British UAP researcher, author, and publisher who has worked extensively on Soviet and Russian UFO documentation. He is co-author, with Paul Stonehill, of Russia's USO Secrets, the primary English-language compilation of Soviet Unidentified Submerged Object (USO) cases, and has contributed to making formerly inaccessible Eastern Bloc UAP records available to Western researchers.
