Rick Price

Rick Price was a personal friend and associate of aerospace illustrator and ARV researcher Mark McCandlish. On April 13, 2021 — the day of McCandlish's death — Price spoke with McCandlish by telephone; McCandlish told him he would call back later. McCandlish's failure to make that return call, combined with his separately expressed intention to visit his girlfriend at her animal shelter that day, has been cited by UAP researchers as evidence that McCandlish showed no indication of suicidal intent on the day he was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Price's testimony about this final conversation is one of the key data points raised in questioning the official suicide determination.
