Hal Puthoff
Harold E. "Hal" Puthoff is an American physicist and parapsychology researcher best known for his work on remote viewing programs at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) for the CIA and his later work on Zero Point Energy and UAP-related propulsion research. He co-founded EarthTech International, an Austin-based research organization focused on advanced and speculative physics, and has been a central figure in multiple UAP-related research efforts including AAWSAP.

Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Center Research
Puthoff co-authored a paper with astrophysicist Bernard Haisch for the Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Center (ATC) focused on Zero Point Energy of the quantum vacuum. The paper examined resonant frequencies potentially associated with quantum vacuum interaction for propulsion purposes. This constitutes published, institutional evidence of Lockheed Martin research into exotic propulsion physics at the level of its Advanced Technology Center.
Aerospace Corporation Identification
Puthoff, working alongside Jacques Vallee, Kit Green, Eric Davis, and Kristen B. Zimmerman, identified The Aerospace Corporation as one of the suspected legacy private corporations engaged in covert UAP research. This analysis — documented in Vallee's Hidden Science 5 — aligns with evidence that Aerospace Corporation has been involved in analyzing Defense Support Program (DSP) satellite data related to Fast Walkers and developing "hazard support systems" mentioned in official DSP documentation.
