Sergeant Allen
Sergeant Allen is a former United States Marine Corps non-commissioned officer who served with Air Control Group 28 during Operation Laser Strike in Peru in 1997. Along with Sergeant Atkins, Allen was one of the first Marines to observe a crashed egg-shaped craft embedded in a cliff face in the Peruvian jungle — an incident later testified to publicly by Jonathan Weygandt.

Role in the Peru Incident
Allen was among the personnel who informed Wagant of a downed aircraft that needed securing and accompanied the vanguard of 8–10 Marines dispatched in Humvees to the crash site. Allen, Atkins, and Wagant formed the point team, arriving at the ridge and climbing down to observe the craft. While Wagant approached closest, Allen and Atkins remained at a distance, shouting at Wagant not to get closer. Both sergeants were subsequently intercepted, disarmed, and detained by armed men in all-black fatigues bearing no insignia. Allen was separated from Wagant after the Department of Energy retrieval team arrived.
Post-Incident Career
Allen went on to have a long and accomplished career in the Marine Corps, eventually retiring after reaching a prestigious rank. UAP Gerb identified Allen as a real USMC veteran and attempted to contact him during the investigation into Wagant's testimony, but received no response.
