RA's Weapons Training Course At NSWC Crane
Between 2013 and 2015, RA — a U.S. Army Green Beret serving in the First Special Forces Airborne Command as an 18 Bravo weapons sergeant — attended a TS/SCI-level weapons training course at Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane in Indiana. The course covered new minigun systems, SCAR rifle iterations, and foreign adversarial weapons delivered to Crane via CIA logistics channels. The training course is notable primarily because during it, RA and one fellow TS/SCI-cleared soldier were separated from their class and escorted deep underground to a classified division explicitly labeled the "Off-World Technologies Division" — where they observed two objects described as non-human technology.

The Course
Out of approximately ten soldiers in RA's training class, only RA and one other held TS/SCI clearances. These two were pulled from the class and escorted through multiple security checkpoints after surrendering all electronics. An elevator descent brought them to a noticeably colder environment that RA described as strikingly modern in contrast to the deliberately deteriorated surface buildings at Crane — "like a spaceship" compared to the 1970s-era structures above.
Observation of the Underground Facility
A private contractor guide — likely an SAIC employee based on SAIC's dominant contracting presence at Crane — casually referred to the area as the "off-world technologies division," a phrase that induced immediate Ontological Shock in both soldiers.
In a viewing room apparently configured for controlled observation, two pieces of alleged non-human technology were displayed:
The Seamless Metallic Sphere: A basketball-sized object with no visible joints, welds, or manufacturing marks. Its surface appeared almost liquid yet clearly metallic, exhibiting what RA compared to the "mother of pearl effect" described by Jonathan Weygandt from the 1997 Peru UFO Crash. The sphere appeared to float or be repelled off its podium by an unknown force. Staff informed RA that both objects interacted selectively with human consciousness — responding to some individuals and not others, possibly based on DNA or consciousness type.
The Gauntlet Weapon System: A device resembling a gauntlet or arm-worn tablet, identified as a weapon system because it had discharged an energy pulse during recovery, injuring at least one person. The device projected hieroglyphic-like symbols with no visible projection mechanism. These symbols closely matched those described by attorney Daniel Sheehan from classified Project Blue Book photographs he reviewed at the Library of Congress in 1977 under orders from President Jimmy Carter.
Aftermath
After leaving the facility, both soldiers experienced severe ontological shock. RA lost contact with his fellow witness, later hearing unconfirmed rumors the soldier was killed in a combat operation. RA's otherwise photographic military memory becomes specifically "fuzzy" when attempting to recall the underground facility, an effect he considers externally induced. Researcher Gary Nolan has documented similar cognitive suppression effects in other individuals exposed to UAP phenomena.
RA continues performing OP4 opposing force training at Area 51 under DoD and Department of Energy contracts. He deliberately chose not to contact AARO, Luis Elizondo, David Grusch, or Chris Mellon after his experience.
